Shipping Policy

At Veroclass, we work to ensure fast, reliable, and safe delivery of all orders. Please read our shipping policy to understand how your products are delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

All products are printed on demand, so production begins only after you place an order.

Usually takes 2–4 business days to print, quality-check, and pack your order.

During peak seasons (festivals, sales, holidays), production may take 4–6 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once the product is printed and packed, we hand it over to our courier partner for shipping.

2. Shipping Time

Once dispatched, orders typically take:

5–8 business days for delivery within India (metro & non-metro).

Remote locations may take 8–12 business days.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping pan-India for all prepaid orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD), if enabled, may have an additional ₹50–₹80 COD fee.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email/WhatsApp.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours after dispatch.

5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete:

The courier may return the package to us.

Re-shipping charges may apply for delivery attempts after the first failure.

Please ensure your address, PIN code, and phone number are correct before checkout.

6. Delays in Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier partner delays

Natural calamities

Holidays or strikes

Incorrect customer information

However, our support team will always help you track and update your order status.

 

7. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
Only domestic India delivery is available.
