Refund & Return Policy

At Veroclass, we want you to love every product you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return policy.

1. Eligibility for Return

You can request a return or exchange if:

The product is defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.

You received the wrong size or colour (only if it was our mistake).

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags.

Note:
Since we sell printed and made-to-order apparel, returns for reasons like “change of mind” or “wrong size ordered by customer” are not accepted.

2. Time Frame

You must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the product.

After 7 days, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Used or washed clothing

Custom-printed or personalised products

Items damaged due to customer handling

Sale/discounted items (unless defective)

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

Refunds are issued as Store Credit / Coupon Code or Replacement, depending on your preference.

Refunds to original payment method are not guaranteed and depend on the issue.

Store credit is valid for 90 days.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only if:

The product you received is faulty or incorrect.

The replacement will be the same design but a different size (if available).

6. Return Pickup

We arrange reverse pickup in most locations.

If pickup is not available in your PIN code, you may need to ship the item to us yourself.

Shipping costs for self-shipping will be reimbursed only if the product was defective or incorrect.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

After printing/processing starts, cancellations are not allowed.

8. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at:

Include the following:

Order ID

Product name

Reason for return

Photo/video proof (mandatory for damaged/defective items)

9. Important Notes

Refund approval is at the discretion of our QC team.

In cases of fraud or misuse, we reserve the right to decline returns.
